Acceptable Use Policy

1. Email and outreach

You must not use the Service to:

• send email that breaks anti-spam or data protection law, or that you do not have a lawful basis to send;
• email people who have unsubscribed or objected, or try to re-add them under a different address or list;
• use purchased, rented or harvested lists unless you have verified a lawful basis for each contact;
• hide or falsify your identity, sender name, headers or postal address, or use subject lines designed to mislead — for example, starting a first email with "Re:" or "Fwd:";
• send phishing, malware, links to malicious sites, or requests for passwords or payment details under false pretences;
• send to consumers or personal email addresses where the law requires consent you do not have;
• send messages to anyone you know or suspect to be under 18;
• keep sending after the Service pauses a campaign for high bounce or complaint rates, or try to get around that pause.

2. Content

You must not use the Service to promote, sell or send content about:

• illegal goods or services, or goods or services that are illegal where the recipient is;
• weapons, explosives, controlled drugs, or counterfeit goods;
• gambling, adult content, dating or escort services;
• get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes, debt relief, or unlicensed financial, investment or cryptocurrency offerings;
• content that harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against anyone, or that promotes violence or hatred;
• content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• impersonation of a person, company or government body.

3. Outiy Data

• Do not resell, share or publish Outiy Data, or use it to build a competing database.
• Do not use it to target people based on sensitive characteristics such as health, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or political views.
• Do not use it for employment, credit, insurance or housing decisions.
• Do not scrape the Service or extract data other than through its normal features and exports.

4. The platform

• Do not share logins, create multiple accounts or trials to get around limits, or give access to anyone we have suspended.
• Do not remove or disable unsubscribe links, postal addresses, source notices, suppression checks or sending limits.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission. Report vulnerabilities to security@outiy.com; we welcome responsible disclosure.
• Do not interfere with the Service, overload it, or use it to attack any other system.
• Use the browser extension only in your own browser, with your own LinkedIn account, and only where your employer and LinkedIn’s own terms allow it. Do not use it with an account that is not yours, with an account you created under a false name, or through a shared or automated profile.
• Do not raise the extension’s limits to hide bulk messaging, and do not run it alongside other tools that act on the same LinkedIn account.
• Do not use the extension to contact someone who has asked you to stop, on any channel.
• Do not use the Service from, or for the benefit of, anyone subject to sanctions.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We monitor sending signals such as bounce and complaint rates, and may review content that our automated checks flag. If you break this policy we may pause campaigns, suspend or close your account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. To report abuse — including an email you received through our platform — contact abuse@outiy.com or use the link on any unsubscribe page.
