Outiy uses only the cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on our website or in the app, so we do not show a cookie banner.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which keeps settings in your browser, and tracking pixels, which are tiny images in an email.
2. Cookies we use

Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and similar laws, cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you request do not need consent. If we ever add cookies that do, we will ask first and you will be able to refuse them as easily as accept them.
Our payment processor, Razorpay, may set its own cookies in the checkout window to prevent fraud. Its privacy policy explains them.
3. Tracking in emails sent by our customers
If you receive an email sent through Outiy, the sender may have turned on open and click tracking. The email then contains a tiny image and links that pass through our servers, which record when the email is opened or a link is clicked, along with the IP address and device type. No cookie is placed on your device. Many email apps block or pre-load images, so opens are an estimate.
- You can prevent open tracking by turning off remote images in your email app.
- Every such email includes an unsubscribe link that stops all future emails through our platform instantly.

4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in will not work.
